if your eventing business is at an early stage, you’re registered with BE, and competing at 3* level or above.

Applicants should be:

  • Registered with BE (British Eventing)
  • Currently competing or previously competed at 3* level or above
  • At an early stage with their eventing business
  • Able to demonstrate their need for support and ambition to progress
  • Willing to provide references and their business accounts and business plan (if applicable) to support their application
  • Aligned with Georgie and the Foundation's core values
  • Committed to the sport long term

Applicants can be aligned to and/or competing for any national team.

Applicants should not:

  • Have received substantial prior financial backing e.g. sponsorships, grants, or funding
  • Have benefitted or be benefitting from significant support such as a World Class Programme

Apply to the Foundation

The first beneficiary application window is now open and will run until Midnight BST Tuesday 30 September 2025.

All applicants must complete and return the following:

  1. Key information form in writing
  2. Response to application questions, either in:
    • Writing
    • OR via video* (testament to Georgie being dyslexic) - please clearly state each question before answering. Ensure good lighting, minimal background noise, and speak directly to the camera. Videos should be no longer than 10 minutes.
  3. The application questions will be emailed to you once the key info form has been digitally submitted.

Bespoke support

Initially 1 event rider will be supported through the programme with scope to potentially increase numbers in the future. Support will be as bespoke as possible to rider's individual needs and can include:

  • All areas of financial management
  • Legal and HR compliance
  • Gaining and maintaining sponsorship
  • Identifying young horse talent
  • Bringing on young horses
  • On-the-ground safety training for riders and staff
  • Managing staff
  • USP and branding development

The types of support provided will be determined through the development of an individual performance plan for each beneficiary.

Support term

Support is initially offered for 2 years, with the possibility of a 3rd year based on progress, commitment, and alignment with the Foundation’s values and code of conduct. Most of the support will be delivered 121 and in-person, supplemented by video calls where required.

Beneficiary support will be available for an initial 2-year term for those who successfully adhere to the Foundation's commitment and performance assessment process, This will be followed by the opportunity to extend to a 3rd year.

Beneficiary selection

The selection committee is comprised of a cross section of equestrian industry professionals, members of Georgie Campbell's family, and Foundation Trustees who will use a selection matrix during the assessment process.
